We wear a variety of hats and have many demands put on us daily. The pressure on women today is higher than it has ever been. Today women maintain jobs while raising children, managing their romantic relationships, and often caring for aging parents. In addition to these demands, women go through various hormonal changes at different times in their life, which can directly impact mood, energy, sexual interest and one’s body image.
I provide therapy to support the unique struggles we deal with as women. I will help you identify ways to improve your life and situation by helping you identify your strengths, desires and goals. Together we will gain a better understanding of who you are, what you want and how to get where you want to be. Making yourself a priority, advocating and taking care of your personal needs allows you to better handle life stressors and leads to a more balanced, happier life.
In therapy you will have a safe place to explore and understand yourself. We will work collaboratively to identify your strengths, coping skills, and what barriers are holding you back from attaining your personal goals.
